We are in the process of starting new clinics and plan to continue this into the new year.  These will be in place of some of the clinics that we are currently doing at ASELSI.  We met with a local pastor last week and prayed about some options.  Today, was our first clinic in Choaxán.  I think it was a record for the number of people we have seen with just one provider (me):  52.  It may have also been record for patient care hours.  We had a nice lunch that the congregation provided to break up the day.

We are hopeful that this clinic will become a regularly scheduled clinic and we go back on November 12.  Also, in two weeks we are scheduled to do a new clinic in a different area.

We are encouraged by the church’s eagerness to help out with the clinics and by the fact that we share the same vision:  to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of the people. 

Please pray for us as we pursue these new venues.  We expect resistance from the enemy as we seek to serve God in this way.
