This has been a truly busy week:  four days of clinic with an ASELSI team, and two days of clinic at our most remote sites.  We finished the week with the brakes going out on the 4Runner while we coming down the mountain towards the clinic.  Thankfully, this was God’s timing as our missionary friends there will work on this and the other issues over the next weeks.  Thanks Craig for letting me borrow your motorcycle so I could get home to Areli so she didn’t have to be alone any longer.

Below is an album with some commentary of the clinics this week with ASELSI.  We saw lots of the usual minor stuff, but a few more complicated issues:  cleft palate, large basal cell cancer on the face, thyroglossal duct cyst, probable inflammatory breast cancer in a 22 year old, and lots and lots of female issues that we referred to our regularly visiting gynecologist this week. We also referred some other surgeries to our GYN/plastics team in June.
