ShareX (for screenshot and OCR to text)

ImTranslator (browser plugin in auto-translate with 4 different translators in many languages in a few clicks)

Logitech H800 Wireless Headset (what I use for handsfree dictation. No longer in production)

Logitech Anywhere Mouse (newest version which I have no experience with.  It looks like they got rid of the wheel-tilt buttons.  I still use the original which is difficult to find now.)
